My practice focuses solely on wills and probate. The legal services I provide in the wills area include preparation of basic wills, wills with testamentary trusts for minor children, wills with bypass trusts, statutory durable powers of attorney for financial matters, medical powers of attorney, and living wills.

I have been licensed with the State Bar of Texas since 1987. I am currently a member of the Collin County Bar Association, the Plano Bar Association, and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

I earned my J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, in 1985 and practiced in Minneapolis until I relocated to Dallas in 1987. I obtained a B.A. from Middlebury College in Vermont, cum laude, in 1980.
